We are now seeking a Regional Senior Site Nurse to join our Health, Safety and Risk team across both Tropicana and Sunrise Dam Gold Mines. Accountable to the Superintendent: Health and Hygiene.

Previous Mining experience isn’t a prerequisite, however remote sole nurse practitioner experience will be highly regarded. A focus on flexibility to cover site nurse rosters and shifts, attention to detail, and continual improvement, teamwork, organisational skills, and sound clinical skills will be highly regarded.

This role is mostly site-based on a 4/3 roster. Some work in Perth will be required on a 5/2 roster. The expectation is to be capable of covering leave, with on site clinical coverage, at times, on short notice.

We operate direct flights to our sites from Perth and Kalgoorlie.

Accountabilities:

Primary medical and emergency treatment working closely with on-site Physiotherapist and remote medical practitioner support.
Provide timely reporting and updates on outcome and status of injuries and illnesses
Reviewed medical information providing guidance on fitness to return to work. Management of the medical centre and equipment including compliance, calibrations, servicing and governance auditing.
Adhere to Medication protocols as per SASA and the Code of Practice for Health Service Permits.
Conduct or co-ordinate alcohol and drug screening, off site referral for lung function testing and other on-site health testing/assessments as required.
Prepare and maintain medical and health related records and registers and relevant reports/scorecards.
Review pre-placement and other medical assessments.
Orientate and support contracting Nurses as required for Shutdowns.
Assist in the preparation of the annual Health budget for capital and operational requirements to achieve the required targets.
Future proofing the capability of Health/Emergency Response capability to meet with the changing business requirements to deliver the LoM strategy.
Support the development and maintenance of processes for the work group creating a culture of continuous improvement to lift the efficiency and effectiveness of the work outputs.

Reporting to the Senior Reliability Specialist, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. About The Role

We are looking for a Fixed Plant Short Term Planner to join our diverse Maintenance Planning & Engineering team to create and manage executable work orders aligned to the maintenance strategy, asset condition, business and long-term plans and monitor planned vs actual costs.

Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe

En tant que coordonnateur/coordonnatrice de laboratoire et de chantier en caractérisation et réhabilitation de sites contaminés (CRS), votre rôle sera de participer activement au succès des projets :

Assister les membres de l’équipe (chargés de projet et techniciens de chantier) lors de la planification et la réalisation des projets.
Être un support technique pour les outils numériques: ouvrir les comptes, installer les mises à jour des logiciels dans les appareils, tenir l’inventaire des appareils à jour, etc.
Gérer la flotte de véhicules du département (demandes, remises et facturation).
Gérer l’inventaire des équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) (commandes, réception et demandes).
Collaborer à la planification de l’occupation du personnel en chantier (diriger et assister aux réunions de planification des travaux).
Collaborer avec l’équipe des techniciens en environnement (planification de vacances, demande RH, planification de formations, etc.).
Exécuter les tâches techniques au laboratoire conformément à la procédure établie, incluant les éléments suivants :
- Calibration des équipements de chantier.
- Gestion des échantillons environnementaux : entreposage, envoi, inventaire, lecture des COV, préparation de bordereaux.
- Assurance de la bonne maintenance des congélateurs.
- Support technique aux autres laboratoires (Laval et Montréal).
De plus, le/la coordonnateur/coordonnatrice peut être appelé(e) à exécuter des travaux de terrain incluant la cueillette de données, l’échantillonnage environnemental des sols en piles, la surveillance environnementale de travaux d’élimination des sols, etc.

About The Role

We are looking for a Fixed Plant Planner to join our diverse Maintenance Planning & Engineering team to create and manage executable work orders aligned to the maintenance strategy, asset condition, business and long-term plans and monitor planned vs actual costs.

Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Superintendent, you will

Review approved notifications, allocating initial priority for non urgent tasks & provide feedback to Originator on Status of the Notification (WFIN, RJCL)
Estimate labour requirements and equipment downtime
Detail planning of work orders and assign resource requirement for approved non-urgent work
Review maintenance history, damage, cause, functional failure to ensure accurate data capture and updates are provided by maintenance team where appropriate
Initiate Warranty and Repairable/Rotable Process on non-urgent corrective work with appropriate asset class internal SME
Review work in required schedule period taking into consideration (Asset criticality, statutory work, warranty, repairable / rotable, severity and safety impact) inclusive of project maintenance work.
Identify any potential scope conflict and repackage the activities, amending duration of required down-time when necessary
Arrange specialised external contractors / suppliers (for Planner-driven work) and commence CMS to engage
Participate in relevant Work Management Meetings to review and mature plan into executable schedule
Ensure work order or maintenance task lists are updated appropriately (either trigger with Specialist Planner, or RTTMS data central team.
Facilitate cost performance reviews for planner group
Escalate any major variance of actual vs plan and identify opportunities to realign spend vs budget

- Operational Planning
  - Translate Asset strategy developed by Reliability Engineers into Effective Maintenance Plans with sufficient task details (tasks, sequencing of activities, resource requirements, overall job time definition).
  - Continuously improve maintenance plans by validating and receiving accuracy (BOMs, components, part numbers).
  - Develop maintenance plans in SAP for all new assets before coming to the site.
- Work Management
- Routine Work Planning (PM03/PM15):
  - Verify that all tactical work orders meet the required standard before releasing and issuing them. This includes ensuring that work centres, functional locations, descriptions, PRTs, resources, task durations, operational networking, dates, conditions, constraints, and all necessary safety instructions are accurate.
  - Maintain all tactical work (PM03/PM15) executed outside of the original schedule date as urgent work following the mine standard. The WM Planner is responsible for ensuring that tactical PM03 orders are closed out daily in the SAP system after the execution and return of the job cards.
  - Coordinate all change requirements for tactical PM03 work orders with the Reliability department. If changes are needed, the WM planner must communicate them to the accountable department using the correct change management process to make the necessary modifications.
- Ad-hoc Work Generation (PM01 Orders):
  - Capture any ad hoc notifications in the system per work management standards when required.
  - Daily check SAP Transaction IW28 to identify any notifications with Approved (APD), Open (OPN), or Cancelled (NCD) statuses.
  - Notify the accountable FLM to approve or cancel notifications in open status for more than 24 hours.
  - Make sure to convert all open notifications with APD status to a PM Order to continue planning daily tasks.
  - Inform the FLM if the notification is not approved or cancelled to standard, i.e. required date, task description, functional location, impact, and upper-cost limit.
  - Click the “Create” button next to the Order field to create the PM Order once satisfied and choose a PM Order Type.
  - Communicate any notifications with OPN status longer than 24 hours to the FLM daily for immediate attention. If no response is received, escalate the issue.
  - Notify the CC daily of any open notifications with NCD status created by the CC Clerks for feedback to the Originator and closure.
  - Communicate any open notifications with NCD status created by WMP daily, along with the cancellation details, and close them to the originator.
- Daily Planning Routine:

About The Role

We are looking for a Planner/Scheduler who will be accountable for planning various maintenance work fronts to support the safe and efficient preparation and execution of utilities maintenance at Cape Lambert Ports and Wickham township . Reporting to the Superintendent Utilities Coastal Maintenance, you will

Create and manage executable work orders aligned to maintenance strategy, asset condition and business long term plans.
Ensure accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and parts availability for electrical maintenance work.
Collaborate with schedulers, maintenance supervisors and contractor management supervisors to optimise planning.
Analyse work orders, problem solve potential challenges and improve planning efficiency.
Review planned spend versus actual spend as well as document changes and improvement actions to budget. Escalate any major variances of actual vs planned spend.
Review internal and external labour, and equipment available capacity
Review material availabilities and status
Develop weekly maintenance schedules
Liaise with execution leaders to confirm upcoming resource availability
Identify critical issues - approvals, major lead time items. Work with stakeholders to resolve
Collects and collates work management data for review and identification of improvement actions
Re-schedule uncompleted task / operation (include following rescheduling of cores process) from current maintenance week (due to no identified planning issues).
Closeout any raised Contractor requirements including invoicing and payments in consolation with the execution team
Facilitate meetings and liaise with key stakeholders to discuss work order priorities, key drivers and critical path for upcoming plant shutdowns.

What You Will Do

Support the area Supervisor in all facets of job preparation, execution and follow up as prescribed by the Freeport-McMoRan standards, including time spent “in the field” to ensure readiness and availability of materials and equipment resources.
Under the guidance of the Equipment Reliability Standards (ERS) closely interacts with the Supervisor in the assigned area to establish and monitor planned schedules for assigned activities. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders. Review, prioritize and schedule work orders.
Responsible for “Runtime Forecasting” process execution and outcomes in assigned area.
Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules for assigned activities. Maintain these schedules in the management system.
Execute, establish, and maintain a history for all assigned activities in the management system (SAP)
Engage with onsite Global Supply Chain to control warehouse minimum/maximum levels and appropriate storage conditions of materials and parts.
Support execution of contracts by preparing scopes of work for internal and external jobs, initiates requests for parts and materials. Interface with Global Supply Chain department but may deal directly with vendors for the provision of services and equipment.
Collaborate with senior level Planners and first line supervisors in the planning and organization for planned major production shutdowns.
Understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of information in the management (SAP) system to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives in assigned area.
Provide data to support maintenance management decisions, including departmental budgets and weekly forecasting.

Basic understanding of Mining and/or Process Equipment

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $62,000 - $85,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. The Hatch Project Controls Group is a global practice providing project controls expertise to Hatch's commodity-based business units. Our capability spans through the whole project lifecycle, comprising scoping, conceptual design, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, construction and project management.

We are current seeking Experienced Planner to deliver planning and progress measurement on high complexity capital projects. These roles will suit candidates with strong experience in engineering consulting and EPCM projects in the metals, energy or infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Safety

Personal responsibility for stopping any unsafe behavior as and when it occurs, and thereafter reporting the safety incident so that corrective action may be obtained
Familiarization with Hatch safety processes, protocols and procedures.

Project Master Schedule Development

Delivery of project planning and progress measurement, ensuring that Hatch procedures and best practices are applied
Confirm and refine FEL4 level 3 scheduling
Identify and schedule critical vendor data requirements
Populate approved measurable commodity quantities and labor to produce baseline S-curves
Participate in project schedule risk analysis and include resultant contingency in baseline
Using progress reports (early and late curves) and project schedule (level 3 baseline); maintain, optimize and monitor progress. Identify and resolve issues
Analyze contractor level 4 schedule and provide recommendations.

Project Schedule Monitoring and Updates Preferred

Generate and verify weekly updates and issue progress reports
Maintain and optimize schedule, monitor progress, highlight and resolve schedule issues
Generate all progress curves
Develop and maintain commodity and resource profile
Extract and publish four-week look ahead schedule
Monitor slippages and critical and near critical paths and discuss with Project Controls Manager for resolution
Establish all equipment/ material and contractor ROS (Required on Site) dates
Provide schedule input to the procurement bid process including reporting requirements and vendor and contractor milestone dates
Assist with bid evaluation and ongoing management of the vendors and contractors with respect to their schedule commitments.

Project Trend and Change Management

Once a change is approved, maintain and optimize the schedule, monitor progress and highlight/ resolve areas of potential concern.

Project Progress Measurement and Earned Value

Generate and verify weekly updates and issue progress reports
Obtain progress info via progress reports, EPCM status report, vendor progress report and cost report and calculate progress for construction packages.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

Tertiary qualification in engineering or other relevant discipline
Sound technical knowledge in a multi-discipline environment
Knowledge of the estimating and tendering processes
Knowledge in the use of Primavera Project Planner P6
Technical overview of work methods and techniques
Risk management principles
Good knowledge of project management principles

Preferred

Interpersonal and good communication skills in the areas of both written and verbal communication
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Problem solving and mitigating skills
Presentation skills.
