Job Title: HR-Assistant - Part time role
Location: Västerås, Sweden
Linxon is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR-Assistant to join our team on part time basis at the Västerås office in Sweden. This pivotal role bridges the gap between recruitment and HR, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees and managing essential HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for people, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global engineering environment. This role is a 50% part-time job.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coordination:
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Coordinate with recruitment, HR, and IT teams to prepare onboarding materials, equipment, and systems access.
• Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate introductions to key team members and company resources.
Resourcing Support:
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of candidates.
• Assist in the scheduling of interviews, preparation of offer letters, and communication with candidates.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and track the status of recruitment processes.
• Post job ads on the government website.
HR Administration:
• Manage employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of employment contracts and other HR documentation.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters.
Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement onboarding programs to enhance new hire engagement and retention.
• Collect and analyse feedback from new employees to improve the onboarding process.
• Participate in HR initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on onboarding metrics, recruitment status, and HR administrative activities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related area, preferably within a global or engineering-focused organization.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
